Seasonal Concierge in Acre, Canada



We are seeking a Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Acre, Canada. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a seasonal position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for guests
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email or in person
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up accordingly

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is an asset)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
