Project Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania



We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project requirements and potential risks
- Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and monitor progress
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Track project expenses and report on budget status
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is a plus

Salary:
This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1100$. We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Lithuania.
