Project Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or related role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
- Prepare regular reports for management on project status, progress, and outcomes

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
