Facade Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Siauliai, Kenya. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to design and plan facades for new buildings
- Install facades according to design plans and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing facades
- Troubleshoot any issues with facades and provide solutions
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations
- Train and supervise junior facade technicians

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with facades preferred but not required
- Knowledge of facade materials, construction techniques, and installation methods
- Ability to read blueprints and design plans
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is required for international travel for projects
