Facade Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various facade systems on buildings. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain facade systems on buildings
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with existing facades
- Ensure that all work meets safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed plans for new facades
- Operate various tools and equipment to complete tasks effectively
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Physical strength to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members

Salary: 1100$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

City: Siauliai, Lithuania

Nationality preference: Indians (but open to all nationalities)

Language requirement: No English required, but proficiency in Lithuanian or Russian may be beneficial.

Experience requirement: Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade installation or maintenance.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for the first few months, but the candidate will be responsible for finding their own accommodation after that.

Visa: The candidate must have their own valid work visa for Lithuania.
