Concierge Assistant (Los Angeles)



We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our luxury hotel.

Your main duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. You will also be responsible for making reservations for guests at restaurants, arranging transportation, and handling guest requests.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication skills. A high level of professionalism and attention to detail is required to ensure that our guests have a memorable stay at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants and arrange transportation as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Keep the concierge desk area clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with other hotel staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Los Angeles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Professional appearance and demeanor with exceptional attention to detail

This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in the United States. Due to the nature of this role, accommodation is not provided.
