Moderator - Part-time (Triesen, Liechtenstein)


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Moderator to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of online discussions, forums, and chat rooms by enforcing community guidelines and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content according to community guidelines
- Engage with users in online discussions and provide support when needed
- Identify and report any inappropriate or violating content
- Resolve conflicts between users in a professional manner
- Monitor user activity and take necessary actions to maintain a positive and safe community environment
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistent enforcement of guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong understanding of community guidelines and online etiquette
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and forum software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is 1300$ per month. This job is suitable for men who have experience in moderating online communities. Accommodation will not be provided.
