Moderator for Online Gaming Community


As a Moderator for our online gaming community, you will be responsible for ensuring that our community remains a safe and enjoyable place for all members. Your main duty will be to moderate and monitor all user-generated content, including forum posts, comments, and chat messages. You will also be responsible for enforcing community guidelines and addressing any inappropriate behavior or language.

Your role will involve actively engaging with community members, answering questions, providing support, and fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere. You will collaborate with other moderators to identify and address potential issues within the community and work together to develop strategies to improve the overall user experience.

Additionally, you may be involved in organizing events or competitions within the community, creating content such as newsletters or blog posts, and providing feedback to the development team on user preferences and suggestions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about gaming and has excellent communication skills. You must be able to remain calm under pressure and have the ability to handle conflicts effectively. Previous experience moderating an online community is preferred but not required.

This position is open to candidates of any nationality, but proficiency in English is required as it is the primary language used within our community. The salary for this position is $1500 per month. This is a remote position, so no accommodation will be provided. However, we do require candidates to have a biometric passport due to the nature of our international user base.
