Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a profitable business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all food and drinks are prepared and served according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle scheduling and payroll for restaurant employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
