Restaurant Manager vacancy in Bayan Kuwait

Restaurant Manager
Location: Bayan, Egypt or Philippines (preference)
Salary: $1000 USD per month


We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage our restaurant operations in Bayan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, budgeting, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees
- Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, striving for positive resolution
- Collaborate with the chef to create menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Monitor food quality and ensure all health and safety standards are met
- Conduct regular performance reviews for staff members

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and other financial aspects of running a restaurant
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle complaints diplomatically
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Knowledge of Egyptian or Filipino cuisine
- Fluency in Arabic or Tagalog
- Experience working in multicultural environments
