English Tutor for Canadian Expats in Mecca

A private language academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Tutor to teach Canadian expats in Mecca. The tutor will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group lessons to students of varying ages and levels, focusing on improving their overall English proficiency. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Previous experience teaching English to non-native speakers
- Understanding of Canadian culture and dialects
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with students of all ages and levels
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs and goals of each student
- Provide engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Use a variety of teaching materials and methods to keep students motivated and engaged
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to track improvement
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages participation and active learning
- Communicate with parents or guardians as needed to discuss student progress or concerns
- Stay updated on current language teaching methods and techniques through professional development opportunities
