Restaurant Manager - Malayalee


We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment in Wiltz. As a Malayalee, you will have a deep understanding of South Indian cuisine and culture, and will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and service. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing inventory and finances, and developing strategies for business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial planning
- Train and supervise employees on proper food handling procedures and customer service standards
- Ensure all food is prepared and served according to company and health regulations
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any complaints or issues promptly
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Oversee purchasing of supplies and equipment necessary for restaurant operations
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items or special offers
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels
- Handle any HR-related issues such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, etc.
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines set by company management

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a South Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cultural traditions preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff towards achieving common goals
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1200$ per month
