Team Lead - Vilnius, Lithuania

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve our company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve team performance and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve their full potential
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and increase efficiency
- Monitor team progress and provide regular feedback on performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and track progress towards their achievement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance for improvement when needed
- Identify training needs of team members and coordinate training sessions as required
- Resolve conflicts within the team in a timely manner
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address any issues, and promote teamwork

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving results
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in project management is a plus
