We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our busy restaurant in Isa Town. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards. Your duties will include creating work schedules, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and handling customer complaints. You will also be in charge of training new employees and providing ongoing training for current staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations. A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred. This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month and includes accommodation.
