Machine Learning Engineer


We are currently seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Your work will involve data cleaning, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, and deploying models into production environments. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or related role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++
- Experience with machine learning techniques such as regression, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning models to solve business problems using structured and unstructured data
- Clean and preprocess data for analysis and modeling purposes
- Build features from raw data using various techniques such as feature selection, dimensionality reduction, etc.
- Train and evaluate machine learning models using appropriate metrics
- Deploy models into production environments for real-time predictions or decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools

Salary:

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk but we welcome candidates from all over India who are proficient in English. Relocation assistance can be provided for the right candidate.
