Machine Learning Engineer - Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design and deploy scalable solutions that drive innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques.
- Work with software engineers to integrate models into production systems.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
- Monitor model performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Communicate project progress and findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience working with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
