Waiter/Waitress in Sheduva, India


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Sheduva, India. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a restaurant setting, exceptional communication skills in English, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist them with seating
- Present menus and make recommendations on food and drinks
- Take accurate orders from customers and enter them into the system
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and workstations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
