Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Vianden. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$, open to both men and women, and we welcome Indian applicants who are fluent in English. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all construction projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines, and monitor progress against them
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee the hiring and management of construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and maintain quality control
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, changes, and budget adjustments
- Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to meet project goals
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficient in project management software
