Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Sheduva, a beautiful city known for its historic architecture and vibrant cultural scene. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and attention to detail, with the ability to conceptualize and develop innovative architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Utilize various software programs and tools to create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
