Excavator Operator



As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move materials at construction sites in Washington. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently operate the excavator to dig trenches, load trucks, and level the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the excavator to dig trenches, load trucks, and level the ground according to project specifications
- Inspect and maintain the machinery on a regular basis
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Communicate with team members and site supervisors effectively
- Use hand signals or radio communication to coordinate movement with other machinery on site
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, including fuel usage, maintenance logs, and work completed
- Adhere to environmental regulations when disposing of materials or excavating near water sources

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid operator license/certification for operating heavy machinery in Washington
- Physical strength and stamina to operate machinery for long periods of time in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret project blueprints and specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail

Salary: $1300/month
