A leading technology company in Shan, Kenya is seeking a skilled and experienced JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing innovative software solutions and has a strong background in Java programming. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development and be familiar with Agile methodologies. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java programming language
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebases
- Continuously research new technologies and integrate them into our development process
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related technologies
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
