Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Eschen, Pakistan. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development and construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed plans and specifications for construction projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Review project progress to ensure designs are being executed correctly
- Provide technical support during construction process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
