Key Responsibilities:
- Create new and innovative pastry recipes that align with our brand image
- Prepare various types of desserts, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and ensure timely ordering when necessary
- Ensure all pastries are made according to company standards in terms of taste, appearance, and quality
- Train junior staff on pastry-making techniques and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our menu offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of pastry-making techniques and methods
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics
- Creative thinking abilities with the ability to come up with new ideas for flavor combinations
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications:
