Sales Manager - Faisalabad

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and monitor their performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Identify new potential customers and maintain good relationships with existing ones
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets for the team and ensure they are met
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to the team to improve their performance
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Ability to travel frequently within Faisalabad
