As a seasonal concierge in Porto, Portugal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local attractions
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes

- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
