Merchandiser for Retail Store in Ar-Ruwais, UAE


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail store in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and stocked in an attractive and organized manner to drive sales. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to receive and replenish merchandise
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Conduct regular stock checks and rotate products to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure product availability and promote sales
- Keep track of product performance and provide feedback on popular or slow-selling items
- Ensure store shelves, racks, and displays are clean and well-maintained

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in retail preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
