We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Information Technology Manager to join our growing team in Akron. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, data security, and network systems. You will work closely with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that support and enhance our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage IT budget and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Train staff on proper use of technology systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to keep the company at the forefront of innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or related role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, data security, and disaster recovery planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven experience developing and implementing IT strategies that drive business success
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience negotiating vendor contracts
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate) preferred but not required
