Language Tutor


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Language Tutor to join our team in Malindi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized language instruction to students of all ages and levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in the language they are tutoring, as well as excellent communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans based on individual student's needs and goals
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other language skills using a variety of materials and methods
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students
- Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and resources
- Stay up-to-date with current language teaching techniques and trends

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in the language being taught
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a language tutor or teacher
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of grammar rules, vocabulary, and cultural nuances
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills

Salary:
1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Malindi, Kenya

This is a contract position open to Filipinos or foreigners with valid work permits. No English proficiency required.
