Instrument Technician for Oil and Gas Industry in Mombasa


We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments used in the oil and gas industry. This includes but is not limited to pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and equipment according to specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with instruments or control systems
- Perform calibration and testing of instruments as needed
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry preferred
- Knowledge of different types of instruments used in the industry
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
