Senior Architect

We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Herning, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, from residential buildings to commercial spaces. Your expertise in building codes, construction techniques, and project management will be crucial in delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for the project
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and timely completion
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and work collaboratively with others
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Biometric passport (if not Danish national)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part-time position.
