Part-Time Collector (English Speaking) in Dubrovnik, Croatia


We are seeking a part-time Collector to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any issues or discrepancies. This position requires fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone or email to collect outstanding payments
- Resolve any billing issues or discrepancies with customers in a professional manner
- Update customer records and maintain accurate payment information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely collection of payments
- Monitor and report on delinquent accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with billing procedures and collection techniques
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Own visa status for working in Croatia is required

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. Working hours can be flexible based on the candidate's availability.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
