Logistic Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and distribution of goods and materials for our company. This includes coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Arrange transportation for goods, including negotiating rates and preparing shipping documents
- Track shipments and communicate updates to relevant parties
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Work closely with sales team to forecast demand and plan logistics accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documents
- Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Logistic Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1500 per month.
Location: Abu Dhabi.
Preference: Filipino nationals preferred but open to candidates from any nationality who are fluent in English.
