Roofer vacancy in Vianden Luxembourg

Experienced Roofer
We are searching for an experienced and skilled roofer to join our team in Vianden. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs on residential and commercial buildings. You must have a strong understanding of different roofing materials and techniques, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings according to specifications
- Inspect roofs for damage and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Maintain roofs by cleaning, sealing, and painting as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working at heights
- Keep accurate records of materials used, time spent on each project, and any issues encountered

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a roofer in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams to accurately install roofs
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate with clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary:
$1100 per month

Location:
Vianden, Luxembourg (Preference given to candidates already located in Vianden or willing to relocate)
