Facade Technician

We are a leading construction company based in St-Petersburg, seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building exteriors such as walls, windows, and roofs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, and we welcome candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged or worn out facades using various tools and equipment
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on facades to ensure they are in good condition
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the facades and provide solutions
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on facades

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Facade Technician
- Strong knowledge of facade construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to facade work
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred:
- Certification in facade installation or repair
- Experience working on commercial or high-rise buildings
- Bilingual proficiency (Malayalam or Nepali)
