Project Manager for International Development Projects


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international development projects in Nepal, with a focus on English-speaking job opportunities and part-time employment. You will oversee all aspects of project planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure successful outcomes.

As the ideal candidate, you must have previous experience working in project management, preferably in the development sector. You should also have a deep understanding of the Nepali job market and be able to identify potential job opportunities for English-speaking individuals. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Nepali are essential for this role.

In addition to your project management responsibilities, you will also be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of local staff to support project activities. This includes providing training, guidance, and support as needed. You must also have strong leadership skills and be able to work effectively with diverse teams.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. In addition to your salary, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for selected candidates who need to relocate to Siauliai for this role.
