Merchandiser - Retail Store (Medina, Egypt)

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Medina, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visual displays, maintaining inventory levels, and developing effective sales strategies. Your main goal is to maximize sales and profitability by showcasing our products in an appealing and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products in an appealing manner.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and monitoring product availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust displays accordingly.
- Ensure that all products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed according to company guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that merchandise is displayed correctly.
- Train and supervise other merchandisers on proper display techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
- Excellent understanding of visual merchandising techniques and principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for design.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
