Merchandiser for Retail Store in Medina (Filipino Candidates Preferred)


Our retail store in Medina is looking for a Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in an attractive and organized manner. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, and we prefer candidates who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Set up product displays and arrange merchandise according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked when needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotions and special displays
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor's products
- Maintain visual appeal of the store by regularly cleaning and rearranging displays
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, pricing, and availability

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
