Merchandiser - Retail Store Operations Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper flow and presentation of products in our retail stores. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency and is open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute store layout and product placement strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability, placement, and pricing.
- Identify slow-moving or discontinued products and make recommendations for clearance or replacement.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring all displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide guidance on maintaining standards.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail merchandising role preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis purposes.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
- Biometric passport required for international travel (if applicable).

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
