We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Clairvaux. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions. You should have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and be able to present your findings in a clear and concise manner. This role does not require English proficiency and is open to Indian candidates without prior experience. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data
- Develop visualizations and reports to communicate data insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of analysis
- Continuously improve upon existing processes and identify new opportunities for data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
