We are currently hiring for an Architectural Designer to join our team in Siauliai. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional building designs that meet the needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and create designs that meet their vision and budget
- Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and 3D models of building designs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the design is practical and meets all necessary regulations
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for client approval

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on residential or commercial projects in India. Freshers with a strong portfolio are also welcome to apply.
