Construction Manager (Indian Nationals) - Bungoma, Kenya

We are currently hiring a Construction Manager for our construction project in Bungoma, Kenya. This position is suitable for Indian nationals and does not require proficiency in English. The salary for this role is 1300$ per month and includes a free visa and ticket. Accommodation will not be provided.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage project budget and ensure that costs are kept within the approved budget
- Procure materials and equipment as needed for the project
- Hire, train, and manage construction workers to ensure productivity and safety on site
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and other important information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Willingness to relocate to Bungoma
