Insurance Adjuster


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the extent of coverage for clients. This is a contract position that requires experience in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering information from various sources such as police reports, witnesses, and medical records
- Evaluate and analyze information to determine the extent of coverage for clients
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other parties involved to gather necessary information
- Document all findings and decisions made during the investigation process
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives in a fair and timely manner
- Review policy documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Keep up-to-date with changes in insurance policies and laws related to claims handling

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Insurance Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Own visa or work permit in Kenya is preferred
- Indian nationality is preferred
