Restaurant Manager - Nepali Speaking


A highly reputable restaurant in Hawalli is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager who is fluent in English and Nepali. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a restaurant, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to managing staff, ensuring top-notch customer service, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also be responsible for creating financial reports, developing marketing strategies to attract customers, and handling any customer complaints or issues effectively.

The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Additionally, candidates with previous experience working in restaurants or hospitality industry are preferred.
