Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Clairvaux. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine operation and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Preference will be given to Canadian candidates, but all English-speaking applicants are welcome to apply. No previous experience is required as we provide on-the-job training.

As a Machine Operator, your main responsibilities will include:

- Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to determine machine settings
- Setting up machines according to specifications and ensuring they are running smoothly
- Monitoring machines during operation and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet customer requirements
- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any issues or malfunctions
- Following safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in machine operation preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
