Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Clairvaux. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to produce high-quality products. You will also monitor machine operations, perform regular maintenance, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. They should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machinery according to production specifications
- Operate machines to produce products according to quality standards
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines and perform repairs as needed
- Keep detailed records of production data and machine maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
