Junior Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Information Security Analyst to join our team in Ashdod. This entry-level position is suitable for men without experience and does not require fluency in English. As a Junior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the information security team in identifying and mitigating potential risks to our company's data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring and analyzing security events to identify potential threats or vulnerabilities
- Help maintain and update security policies and procedures
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Support incident response activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging threats

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Knowledge of network architecture, operating systems, and security protocols
- Familiarity with common cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, SIEMs, and antivirus software
- Understanding of risk assessment methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in security data
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH
- Experience working in an information security role or completing internships in the field
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python or Java

Salary: 1600$ per month.

Location: Ashdod, Israel.
