We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Shan, Nepal. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of driving revenue and increasing occupancy rates.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing accounts. This includes identifying potential clients, attending trade shows and networking events, conducting site visits, and creating custom proposals. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through researching the market and building relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
- Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Create custom proposals tailored to the needs of each client
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling, lead generation, etc.
- Knowledge of local market trends
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
