We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for food and a strong leadership presence to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase seasonal and local ingredients, while also meeting budget and dietary requirements
- Train, develop and lead a team of kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus that exceed guest expectations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Knowledgeable about current culinary trends and techniques
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. This does not include accommodation, but we can assist with finding suitable housing options.
