We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve company goals and increase revenue. As a Sales Manager, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of successful sales management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Lead sales team and provide guidance, training, and motivation to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management or relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate a team to deliver results
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
