Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality service is provided to customers.
- Training and supervising new employees.
- Overseeing inventory and maintaining stock levels.
- Assisting with creating schedules and managing payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborating with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Norway.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Customer service oriented mindset.

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
